Critical Skills/Competencies/Qualifications:
  • Must be expert in Oracle HRMS Core modules.
  • Expert in Oracle Payroll.
  • Expert in Oracle Self-Service.
  • Expert in Oracle i-Recruitment.
  • Expert in Oracle Performance Management.
  • Expert in Oracle Succession Planning.
  • Expert in Oracle Time and Labor.
  • Must have at least 5 End to end implementation.
  • Must have implemented 1 end to end implementation in KSA public sector.
  • Must be Arabic speaker.
  • Ability to use sql or toad.
  • Ability to build personalizations.
  • Fair knowledge with APIs.

Years of Experience Required:
Minimum of 6-10 years experience in the same field.
