Our client a leading regional engineering and architectural consultancy requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their thriving Kuwait Office.
The successful individual will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of tender and contracts documents as well as managing/ mentoring more junior members of staff
The successful individual must have pre-contract experience working in a similar role for an engineering consultancy, project management consultancy or a surveying firm
The successful individual should ideally be a UK/ Irish National

To apply for the role you should meet most of the following criteria;
• Have a bachelors degree in Engineering or Surveying
• Have a minimum of 8 - 10 years relevant work experience
• MRICS preferred
• Have at least 2- 3 years experience working for an engineering consultancy, project management consultancy or a surveying firm
• Must have significant pre-contract experience
• Be a UK/ Irish National
• Previous Middle East experience preferred but not essential

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
