Ensure sales achievement according to target of the store. Ensure customers are greeted in a professional manner and are provided excellent customer service. Ensure stock is protected through shrinkage management within section. Collating and consolidating report on monthly sales performance, per product and per service. Advise Store management of potential security risks and major shrink issues. Ensure all customer services issues within section are resolved in the same day. Ensure the products are well displayed.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
