Job Description
 Create, develop and manage content for organization’s web presence (requires working with content management software). 
 Complete involvement with the Station’s presence on Social Media platforms. SEO and keyword optimization. 
 Coordinate web projects across departments and maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties. 
 Working with a cross-departmental team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties. 
 Attend station affiliated events for coverage and updates. Including meetings and coordination to ensure smooth execution of partnerships. 
 Copyedit and proofread all web content. Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, and events. 
 Video Editing for web usage including conceptualizing and executing video concepts involving RJs and local current themes. 
 Assure web-based information is archived for future needs and reference. 
 Track and report on all site metrics and work cooperatively with key team members and clients. 
 Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification 
 Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action 
 Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content 
 Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community 
 Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules 
 Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information 
 Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions  Proven working experience in social media or related field 
 Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills 
 To monitor all mobile applications and update them regularly + PUSH Downloads. 
 To have a fair knowledge about Display Advertising across all Digital Platforms in terms of PPC, Social Impressions & Bids.
