The ideal candidate will be an experienced quality assurance engineer with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include writing of bug reports and execution of test procedures and test cases. He/she will maintain proper communication and coordination with product developers and technical support specialists on product issues.
o Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Comp. Engineering or Information Systems
o Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
o Must be a self-motivated person with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
o Must be flexible to work independently or as part of a team
o Excellent communication skills
o Experience in software solution testing for web based and client server applications.
o Experience in automated testing tools
o Excellent troubleshooting skills
o Clear bug reporting style
o Industry certifications such as MCSD will be considered a plus.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
