Job Description
1) Provides support to the operation of the kitchen.

2) Supports the superiors for budgeting and reporting in the kitchen organisation.

3) Provides weekly working plan and planning for steward.

4) Provides the general cleaning order of the kitchen area within hygiene rules.

5) Supports the superiors for developing and researching new products.

6) To ensure compliance of kitchen staff with their working schedule.

7) If the supervisor is not in place, make the quality control of the products taken in the kitchen.

8) To support the supervisor on the examination of the monthly cost reports.

9) To ensure that the meal from the kitchen is properly served according to the order.

10) To support supervisor in the menu changes.

11) To comply with the occupational health and safety procedures.

12) To comply with food safety and hygiene procedures.
