The Organization: Our client is a rehabilitation and long-term care provider, with facilities in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Al Ain. They provide multidisciplinary and intensive rehabilitation for individuals suffering from neurological problems in subacute, post-acute and long-term care settings. They are hiring 2 Specialists ICU for their centers in Al Ain and for Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Duties & Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for the comprehensive clinical management of critically ill patients as the leader of a multidisciplinary team. Critically ill patients include patients with life-threatening single and multiple organ system failure, those at risk of clinical deterioration as well as those requiring resuscitation and/or management in an intensive care unit or a high dependency unit.
Skills & Competencies: •Advanced communication skills for appropriate and effective interaction with patients, families, other team members and referring clinicians; •Enable collaborative, multidisciplinary practice; •Clinical skills that include the ability to recognize and manage the disturbances associated with severe medical, surgical, obstetric and paediatric illness and to diagnose and treat the conditions •Good analysis and problem solving skills;
Education & Qualifications: •MBBS or equivalent qualification AND completion of speciality qualification in Intensive Care; •Proven experience and competence in all aspects of Intensive Care; •Minimum of five (5) years’ experience post-graduation

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
