1. PMP certified mandatory 2. Previous SP experience – ideally with Etisalat 3. Strong communication skills 4. Proven track record of delivering transactional projects 5. Demonstration of multiple stakeholder management (partner, customer, internal technical team, internal account team, etc) 6. Financial management (cost/budget) 7. Ability to work under pressure 8. High level grasp on basic technologies in Cisco’s portfolio would be beneficial – especially R&S and Data Centre

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
