Job Description
Our client is a leading company based in UAE.

Position: Sr. Technical Support Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Duration: Permanent Employment

Experience: 6-7 years

Qualification: Graduate with preference for Engineering/Science/Computer application

Required Profile:

Implementation & Support for LANDesk, Nexthink, SCCM & Solarwinds Solution portfolios.

Should have worked as Technical Consultant / Post-Sales / Technical Support Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):

 Implementation / Support activities are completed within specified schedule on the mentioned areas.

 Conduct Technical Presentations / workshops to customers.

 Demonstrate continuous effort to improve technical support activities, decrease turnaround times,

streamline work processes, and work cooperatively to provide quality seamless customer service.

 Keep a strong communication channel (escalation with respective vendors).

 Provide support to customers, technical advisory wherever possible.

 Perform Health check services with benefit analysis and recommendations.

 Always find ways to innovate/automate provide value-add, differentiation on the tools implemented with own initiatives.

PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES

 Technically sound on the areas mentioned with strong field experience

 Strong Understanding LANDesk Cloud services, management/security & data analytics technologies

 Strong understanding of Microsoft SCCM technologies

 Very good Understanding of Microsoft AD integration

 Excellent understanding of Nexthink solution & Support. Strong understanding of required scripting for

Automation /dashboard customization of the tools.

 Very good knowledge of Solarwinds platform.

Client Management

 Manages client interaction and expectations regarding technical efforts.

 Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.

 Communicates effectively with clients & subordinates.

 Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
