Supervisor: (Sulfonation Process, Fuel Additives Blending Process & Alkylation Process)
The main purpose of the job is to supervise the operational activities in the shift and ensure the production targets are achieved. Optimize and provide solutions and alternatives for inquiries received from operation team. Ensure that all operational activities are carried out in accordance with company’s quality and safety standards, specifications and plant integrity best practices.
The incumbent is mainly accountable for the following responsibilities:
-Supervise production activities to ensure products meet all established quality requirements, including product integrity and production order documentation.
-Direct all related personnel actions, including training, performance appraisal, discipline, safety, and grievance procedures
-Determine production priorities based on established production schedules and makes daily assignments.
-Interpret specifications and makes judgments about the acceptability of production that is in process.
-Implement departmental safety programs to ensure safety of employees working in the area.
-Lead emergency response and reports
-Monitor daily production targets and implements schedule as per plant’s policies and procedures
-Approve and coordinates important / critical work permits
-Communicate with appropriate disciplines
-Provide technical assistance and trouble-shooting support for all process upsets.
-Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports for Department in order to meet Department requirements, policies and standards.
-Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental procedures across the Company in order to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
-Support & ensures in safety programs and work permit system to determine their adequacy
-Support & ensures in incident investigation and provide technical information as required for process, injuries etc.
-Participates in safety, health and environmental programs
-Participates in emergency response drills at the company and familiarize HSSE strategy.
-Promote a culture of safety in all locations
-Ensure adherence across company to HSSE Code of Conduct
-Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by the Production Engineer.
-English: Good in Speaking, Listening, Reading, & Writing
-Arabic: Added advantage.
Academic and professional qualifications:
-Bachelor/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. Chemistry
-Should have 12+ Years total experience and more than 6 years’ experience as Supervisor/Foreman.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
