Your duties and responsibilities will include:
  • Evaluate areas of supply chain operations that require improvement
  • Communicate with colleagues to provide feedback on their efficiency and suggest methods to improve
  • Collect data on scheduling procedures and production output
  • Analyze stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Ensure market research is conducted to identify pricing trends
  • Proactively plan production-optimizing projects
  • Analyze supplier base, examine orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare cost analysis
  • Reportto the Director ofProcurement
Candidate profile

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
  • University degree inLogistics, Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field
  • Experience in data collection and analysis, market research
  • Relevant working experience and understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel andpurchasing software
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Business intelligence
  • UAE working experience is a must
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities
