A Marina with Associated entertainment facilities is looking for a Female European Operations Manager ideally experienced within Hospitality or Facilities management sectors. The position will be responsible for overseeing all support functions for the various departments of the club duties encompass responsibility for Reception-Administration, Membership, HR, supervising IT and Housekeeping contractors, Communications, and Marketing. Salary is AED 18,000 plus benefits due to operational requirements you will be required to work on a flexible shift basis including nights and weekends. Excellent organizational and management skills are a must.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
