Organizational Development
Purpose
The Talent Management and Performance Specialist is responsible for HR initiatives that help to retain, train and develop the employees ; with
the objective that the employees will perform to their maximum ability and enable us to achieve its goals.
Is responsible for providing guidance and support to employees and managers. This individual will address and provide advice to employees in the
resolution performance management issues, development plans.
Responsibilities
Strategic
Support & liaison with OD Manager in all areas of development as
per the business need.
Develop and carryout effective induction programs.
Training
Train and advise staff on effective performance management and
development, help to resolve any conflicts.
Identify learning and training needs in the organization, and
provide training solutions, implementing, administering, and/or
designing and delivering high-quality programs.
TMS
The Talent Management Specialist will help drive the TMS and
Support the TMS champions in the company and subsidiaries.
Administers talent management programs and systems according
to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery
of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials,
and other support resources.
People
Work with managers and staff to provide valuable career
development opportunities.
Coordinate trainings for staff with training providers.
Increase employee engagement.
Performance Management:
Support the performance management functions across the company, to include
performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance
improvement plans.
Operational
Help to improve and maintain staff engagement e.g. via staff surveys and
follow-up initiatives.
Committed to creating & searching for new and innovative approaches to
activities that enhance performance.
Resourceful in overcoming roadblocks that hinder processes.
Help to improve and maintain staff engagement e.g. via staff surveys and

Related Assignments
Contribute to organizational development initiatives, for example change
management;
Carry out any other HR work as required.
Passion for a talent mindset and driving performance
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and managing activities
to meet multiple competing deadlines.
Comfortable working in an environment in businesses processes, tools,
deadlines etc. are continually evolving.

change agents.

As per HR Policy and procedure
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in HR or relevant fields;
CIPD Certificate is perforable.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in human resources management
covering all the relevant areas - performance management and development;
learning and training, career development.
Solid understanding of performance management, TMS, competency
framework, and development.
Experience with staff engagement and retention initiatives.
