Provides technical and administrative information to staff working on a project and liaises with the operation manager , Site Manager to ensure that the work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and design instructions, Regularly works alongside the Project Manager to update project tenders/submittals, contracts, time delivery schedules and project financial documentation to ensure the delivery of projects on time and within budget as well as maintaining healthy cash flow levels and for the financing of the project till its successful completion, Negotiates technical contractual terms and deals with contractors and Clients, Put project budgeting , project estimating , project planning and follow up project costing.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
