Our client, a multinational organisation with expertise in currency solutions, is currently looking for a Technical Sales Manager to work with them to focus on sales of software solutions and services. -Creating and managing business opportunities with potential customers and development of new projects. -Direct interfacing and coordination with clients partners and internal staff for preparing technical specifications, offers and contracts. -Support the development of profuct roadmaps, services and solution offerings in alignment with the Global and MEA Product Strategy. -Acquire a solid and in-depth understanding of customer's technical requirements and use this knowledge to develop the most relevant solution. -Travel extensively within sales area to build up and maintain customer relationship.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
