Job Description
Key Accountabilities:

1. Read general arrangement and drawings, work orders and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specifications.

2. Conduct a wide variety of materials testing and works inspections for compliance to plans and specifications.

3. Maintain records for the material issuance and receivable in stores.

4. Carry out materials inspection, certification, re-certification and verification in accordance with the code, standard and/or project requirements.

5. Carry out consumable re-certification in accordance with the code, standard and/or project requirements.

6. Assist in the organization of materials and tool logistics within the immediate production area.

7. Apply skills and knowledge and ability to ensure target production throughput rate or objectives are safely executed by team in line with Section Plan, KPIs, N-KOM Values and IMS system.

8. Demonstrate work behaviors consistent with company values and work within company policies, standards, procedures and any legislative requirements.

9. Reduce production variability through minimizing re-work and optimization of cost.

10. Adhere to health, safety, security and environmental policies, procedures, instructions and controls for the safety of self and others.

11. Ensure compliance to quality management procedures and controls to deliver high quality services and products.
