Contribute in development and deployment of promotional activities;
Supporting the budget allocation and planning of promotional expenditure
Support the deployment of loyalty and network programs;
Design Promotional Plan & related activities (with consistent monitoring of results);
Work close to the sales force in order to deliver promotional initiative on the markets
Budgeting (BTL,Trade Commissions Programmes)
Support providing for reviewing of current mkt procedures and its implementation on IT platform
Coordination and information support for local marketing managers and sales teams
Optimization of the marketing spend policy
Development and management of joint promo activities in automotive channel.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing in GCC
Proven experience in automotive trade marketing
Proven experience in promotion/product management in automotive sector or consumer needs
Sales in B2B sector is a plus
Degree in Marketing and Business sectors
Good skills in problem solving and process improvement
Able to interact with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Excellent communication skills
Skill in budget preparation
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals
Team building and team working (promoting teamwork and cooperation within the departments)

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
