Job Description :
Assisting in organizing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs based on clients needs.
Assisting in conducting training needs assessment procedure for the clients, to determine their training needs.
Assisting in designing and organizing training course curriculum for each of the functional areas involved in the training program implementation process, and document related processes and procedures.
Assisting in scheduling and organizing the training courses with the intended clients, determining which clients subsets should be targeted to which training sessions schedules the training sessions to accommodate the clients work schedule.
Assisting in updating training curriculum and method as needed and suggesting workflow changes and identifying and tracking effects of the changes.
Assisting in developing and editing procedure manuals for training programs publishing training manual providing on-line registration procedure
Assisting in organizing and developing reference library, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials
Assisting in managing and coordinating class registrations
Assisting in managing courseware and reference materials: ordering, distributing and inventory management.
Assisting in tracking cancellation fee schedules of external vendors.
