HIRING COMPANY: Catering Services Company

WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE

AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATES PROFILE:

Open to Turkish nationals

Male, 30 years old and below

Overseas candidates are welcome to apply

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Bachelor's Degree Holder, preferably Hotel and Restaurant Management and Services

At least 2-3 years relevant experience in Hotel, Restaurant and Food Services companies

With minimum 3 years in similar role

Excellent in Cooking Process/ Standards/ Menu Preparation/ Cooking Skills

Attention to detail and customer service oriented

Excellent in problem solving, decision making, planning and organizing

Ability to coach and mentor new staff

Excellent Communication Skills – Arabic & English

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure that the restaurant kitchen produces a high quality food product at all times

Prepare sauces, soups and hot dishes for service or special functions and demonstrate superior recipe knowledge for every item on the food menus

Monitor food quality and quantity as it relates to portion control

Monitor all food storage facilities to ensure that proper storage techniques are being used and that the cleanliness standards of the restaurant are being maintained

Participate in the formulation of food menu and participate in the full castings of food menu items

Requisition the appropriate amount of food product in accordance with the established restaurant policies and procedures

Ensure that all standard recipes are followed at all times

Maintain an acceptable degree of knowledge with regard to food product

Prepare and order food products and maintain effective bar stock levels for all products

Comply with all of the established restaurant operational policies & procedures

Maintain a clean and safe working environment and ensure the protection and maintenance of all operating equipment

Train and supervise all kitchen employees in the preparation, production and service of all food menu items

Attend all scheduled meetings and perform any other duties as directed by the immediate head
