The IT Desktop Engineers will be working with Children and Teachers to support them on any basic IT issues raised. Also, will be troubleshooting IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops, PCs, Printers, etc.
To be considered for this exciting IT Desktop Engineer role, our client is looking for the following:
1-3 years of experience as IT Support
Basic understanding of Microsoft Suite such as Windows, Outlook, and Office 365
Experience as 1st line support – troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops, PCs and Printers
Good network support skills (routers, internet connection)
Must be fluent Arabic speaking
Must be comfortable working with young children

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
