The Organization: Our client is a holding company with their main activity in trade of agricultural commodities. Next to that they have several investment projects, among others a Turkish restaurant. For this restaurant they are looking to hire waiting staff.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction; •Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages; •Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant manager and chef; •Up-sell additional products when appropriate; •Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e.g. parties); •Follow all relevant health department regulations; •Provide excellent customer service to guests;

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
