Job Description 
• Responsible for day to day user support. User support of WMS/MMS software implementation, configuration and provide guidance.
• To diagnose a reported issue and document to communicate with the technical development team for any bug fixing.

• Assisting users with approved software installations.

• Answering support queries via phone/email.

• Logging and ordering different user support calls for the second line support team.

• Providing 3rd line technical support.

• Follow support process and publish support status as per the laid down process.

• Carrying out user administration and set up of user accounts.


Job Specification:

• Candidates should hold a Bachelor degree in Computer/IT with 3+ years of experience in WMS customer support role .
