We are currently hiring for Accounts Executive for one of the global company in UAE.
Job description of the same:
1. Booking and Maintaining Sales and Purchase records
2. Expense booking
3. Cash management - receipt / payment - voucher preparation and filling
4. Daily Bank reconciliation and booking payment entries live into the system
5. Weekly / Monthly Expenses reconciliation - Ledger scrutiny before closing of monthly books
6. FAR - preparation, ERP updation, monthly Depn. booking
7. Inter - co (Monthly closure and sign-off)
8. Vendor reconciliation & Quarterly balance confirmation
9. Assisting in reconciliation & collection projection
10. One should also have knowledge of ERP, Process management, Tally, etc.
Salary: Up-to 5000 AED
