The SAP basis engineer is responsible for the technical aspects of enhancing, updating and deploying critical changes, designing new solutions and creating procedures in the SAP area and its related Databases (Oracle and HANA). This role contributes to system engineering and Automation of repetitive tasks in the SAP system environment. The role will support the IT application team with their new and changing requirements and projects and will act as the second level for ongoing operational activities run by outsourced teams. The SAP Basis engineer will be responsible for providing expert level basis support, security support, audit support, and SAP related technical services to the organization.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
