"An ideal candidate will be required to take charge of detailed design and technical aspects of projects during construction phase,
where Design, IFC Drawings and Specifications are issued by the Consultant".
Ability to grasp quickly Drawings, Specifications, Contract Documents etc.
Well versed with Local Authority requirements, Building Codes, and Best Industry Practices.
Coordination and communication with Client / Consultant / Hotel Operator team, other disciplines, suppliers and subcontractors to have optimum details, drawings, submittals etc. within the budget/ time constraints.
Manage all engineering submittals and obtain approvals to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate/consolidate all drawings to ensure that there are no conflicts.
Review subcontractors’ shop drawings and submittals.
Ensure changes to scope are minimized and managed well to ensure that rights are reserved
Closely coordinate with execution team to ensure that all works are proceeding as per agreed details and project requirements.
Coordinate with Local Authorities related to all necessary architectural / civil / structural requirements for the project.
Manage taking over documents including as built drawings, O&M Manual, Warranties etc.
Shall be required to work under pressure and meet the fast-track demands of construction in close coordination with the engineers of the Lead Consultant/ ID Consultant / Client / Subcontractors/ Suppliers.
Bachelor of Architecture from a reputed University
Total 10 - 15 years On-Site experience.
Minimum 7-10 years GCC experience,preferably UAE.
Experience in Hotel Projects in UAE including finishes & Fit Out execution

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
