The 3P Program Manager will be part of the Regional Marketplace team for MENA which is recruiting local/regional businesses to sell on Amazon's global marketplaces, and supporting local sellers success and growth on the Amazon website.
As the 3P PM for Catalog Quality for the region, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure the creation and maintenance of a high quality and accurate catalog for the world's largest selection. You will have an opportunity to influence and partner with business, operations, and technology teams across the business to drive initiatives to improve customer shopping experience while providing efficiency and scale through automation.
The role will closely collaborate with many Amazon's global and local teams in UAE, KSA and EGY, coordinating large number of global and local programs and initiatives and delivering measurable results. The Program Manager is the primary regional POC for the various global stakeholders.
The candidate will need to possess excellent program development and management skills, dynamically prioritize and manage resources. She/he will be extremely customer obsessed, strong at perform deep dives to derive analytical insights on seller behaviors, thus improve seller engagement resulting seller success in Amazon website. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment has strong analytical skills, program management skills, communication skills, and ability to drive automation. Your responsibilities:
1. Project Management
- Define and manage technical and business requirements
- Plan and execute projects to improve the catalog quality in order to improve the customer experience and drive growth
- Drive execution of improvement programs via local account management teams, operations teams and scalable mechanisms to nudge our selling partners
- Manage multiple international stakeholders and ensure meeting deadlines for project deliverables
- Influence program roadmaps and technical teams
- Monitor a predefined set of sub-projects. Strive to reach their full performance potential to achieve or exceed the key performance targets
- Identify road blocks and manage the path to resolution
2. Business Consulting and Quality Management
- Contribute to financial planning and business investigation
- Analyze the impact of new initiatives on key success criteria
- Process and analyze very large data sets
- Provide performance deep dive analysis to prioritize and guide team activities
- Provide data analysis for justification of new projects and activities and make an analytical judgment on expected results
- Define and execute scalable plans that address key findings of the analyses via various support teams
- Consult and challenge Account Managers on how to improve customer experience on Amazon
- Develop trainings for internal and external partners
. Bachelors Degree
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Very strong Excel skills
. Proficiency in extracting data from SQL, writing queries
. 5+ years of program management experience, leading projects involving multiple stakeholders
. Strong enthusiasm to provide superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders
. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives.
. Masters Degree / MBA
. Previous experience in catalog management / item data quality
. E-commerce experience
. Proven track record of implementing scalable mechanisms
