Summary
* To handle all customer requests, enquiries and complaints in an efficient and courteous manner. To consolidate all payments made through the Academy Reservations and to record/bank them accurately by following the agreed procedures.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
