Job Description & Role:

• Act as the main point of contact for all the people of determination coming to the Pavilion.
• Manage wheelchair provisions and other accessibility devices for visitors who are in need and provide additional assistance where necessary.
• Coordinate activities with other disciplines to maintain consistency and integrity in the operations.
• Get acquainted with accessibility routes; from queue lines for the entrance to exit points and elevator access.
• Be aware of all the other customer services provided by Pavilion team and be ready to support other departments when necessary.
• Develop, implement and deliver relevant training activities to Pavilion staff in coordination with certified professionals.
• Prepare reports and manage the inventory of accessibility devices.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in customer services and individuals with disabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline of Disability Studies.
• Excellent communication skills and calm demeanor.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate coordination, planning and organizational skills.
• Saudi national required.
