Job Description

• ERP Sales Background preferably MS Dynamics Nav
• Initiate long term relationship with potential customers
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Promote and expand clients pool
• Participate in Business Development through working with enterprises that might support the company’s market share, and open up to new markets.
• Follow up with clients, and provide support in case of having an issue in the system
• Train new joiners on the company’s products and ERP solutions from non-technical aspect
• Present the company partners’ products in a professional manner
• Initiate and launch Seminars specialized in company’s products
• Create and enhance the company’s brand in the industry
• Manage the Clients account from initiating contact to closing deal and going live
• Manage Presales consultants and customer service officers in their relationships with the clients, and make sure that job is being done as client request
• Plan and execute sales plans to increase sales
• Forecast sales target/quarter and report to higher management analytics


Additional Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
• Experience in ERP sales.
• Min 3-5 Years’ Experience in ERP
• Good understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
• Lebanese Nationals required
