Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all financial transactions including accounts receivable and payable, routine general ledger journals.
  • Processing and calculation of payroll, employee entitlements, superannuation remittances.
  • Completion of monthly bank reconciliations for some accounts including petty cash.
  • Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor etc.
  • Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, shipping methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost.
  • Making estimates of new and proposed product costs.
  • Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
  • Maintaining Cost Accounting System.
  • Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger.
  • Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program. Reconciles finished goods inventories.
  • Supporting the timely preparation of monthly financial reports and annual statutory financial statements.
  • Support the Business & Finance Manager in the preparation of operating and project budgets and cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitoring of accounts receivable and debt collection as required.
  • Compilation of monthly business activity statement.
  • Assisting compilation of financial reports to support acquittal of funding by key stakeholders.
  • General banking duties including deposits, e-commerce processing, collection of cash floats, purchase of international bank drafts as required.
  • Assisting staff with adherence to company Finance policies and procedures, and internal controls.

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 solid years of Cost Accounting in a Trading environment.
  • Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principals.
  • Pro-active and outcome focused approach, commitment to high quality customer service principles.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in accounting/financial and also have skills in payroll administration, database and systems management, budget preparation.
  • Familiar in Accounting Software, SAP, ERP system, MS Office with good typing speed is essential.
  • Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Age below 40 years with outgoing personality, with clean habits, open for all nationalities. Remuneration (Package)
  • SAR 4000/ to SAR 8000/- (Not constrained for the right candidate)
