Job Description :
NADIAs client, a multinational company based in Sharjah Airport free zone requiresan Accounting & Admin Managerwith minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing firm (regional office) or import and export trading industries with full accounting cycle experience.


1.Accounting and Finance


Prepares monthly, quarterly, and fiscal financial statements according to the Accounting policy set out by company and in accordance with IFRS.
Lead, direct and delegate accounting works to two accountants and ensure the correctness of all accounting and finance data.
Control and monitor cost and expenses.
Improve efficiency of accounting operations.
Activities include:


Daily encoding of transactions to General Journal.
Submit Monthly financial reports.
Carry out interim and year end statutory audit with independent auditors and ensure that the compliance with audit requirements and statutes are being met.
Liaise efficiently with sales section and warehouse section on invoices, shipment or deliverables issues and make a sound judgment and suggest process improvements.
Prepares sales and cost summary per customer, per region and product wise to monitor and ensure the profitability according to its classification and territory.
Prepare and calculate salaries and wages of all employees.
Review, check and sign all receipt and payment vouchers, ledgers or schedule of transactions.
In charge of bank matters by directly communicating with companys bank relationship manager (e.g. as making and online transactions, foreign currencies etc.).
Provide assistance to the Managing Director on PL forecasting by providing quantitative data and analysis such as comparative analysis of high value expenses.
2. Administration/HR


In-charge of HR matters from recruitment up to orientation of newly hired staff. This includes initial interview with the candidates, creation of appointment letter or salary proposal.
Assist the Managing Director and give recommendation for staff annual increment and bonus.
Responsible to create or suggest any other benefits, monetary or nonmonetary value, that could be used to motivate employees.
Responsible in processing employment and residence visa of each employees.
Support managements to create a comfortable work environment for employees.
Update the established and implemented company policy
Responsible in maintaining the office and office needs and delegate the tasks to other section if required. Ensure the cleanliness of the office.
Liaising with the SAIF Zone Maintenance for any warehouse issues.
Responsible in processing the legal aspect of the company (e.g. Trade licensing, Board resolution etc.) and liaise with parent company.
Assist other sections on compliance issues if needed.
