Job Description

The key role of the successful candidate will be to ensure that the company receives payments for goods and services, and records these transactions accordingly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

This position will include securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.

The job description includes, but is not limited to:
• Maintaining the billing system.
• Generating invoices and account statements.
• Performing account reconciliations.
• Maintaining accounts receivable files and records.
• Producing monthly financial and management reports.
• Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
• Ensuring that all confidential documents given to him/her should be fully protected.
• Being familiar with the company Policy to make sure company’s interest is fully protected at all time.
SKILLS:

• Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable and general Accounting.
• Regular Follow-up with customers.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint and Excel.
• Detailed Oriented.
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
