Job Description

Main responsibilities include:
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
• Assist in the import permit preparation.
• Make sure the emails and internet at the office are working fine and properly.
• Updating on the database for any requirements.
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and making sure the office is in order
• Keeping tabs on the office supply requirements (office and pantry supplies)
• Help the marketing team in organizing events and required materials.
• Manage and assist calendar for General Manager
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
