Job Description

Job Title: Administrator & Logistics

Administer and supervise Transportation, Mail, Records & Archive Management and storage facilities to render employee satisfaction while demonstrating professionalism, efficiency and consistency through continuous improvement in alignment with the Company’s quality management initiatives and Strategic Objectives.
• Maintains all company assets in GS controlled storage rooms, warehouses, inventory listing, and coordinate disposal of company old assets.
• Administer the Transportation service and drivers timesheet , and leave
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date log book on car in-out, end user name &job title and destinations
• Maintain the company archive facility and ensures that all records stored in the company archive are comprehensively inventoried, and adequately protected against loss, damage and unauthorised access.
• Maintain & administer mail services activities / agreement
• Prepare monthly report on the storage and other facilities status &related services
Minimum Qualification
• High school diploma, associated certificate , or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field is preferable
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
• 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong exposure to the latest Information and Records Management Technologies.
• A team player.
• Time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written English language skills.
• Professional Certifications
o Relevant professional certification,- Preferable
