Job Description

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Open to ARABIC nationals
Female, 35 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related course
Minimum 3-5 years of overall experience in the UAE
HR Assistant experience is a plus
Shows initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility and reliability
Excellent communication skills with presentable personality
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist all department heads
Perform related other duties/assignments as instructed
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Supervise main reception, administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
