Create sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives for the area assigned
SupportStore Managerswith day-to-day store operation
Evaluate store and individual performances

Forecast quarterly and annual profits
Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
Stock, order planning, coordination between stockiest team and internal team for time order planning and dispatches.
Focus on specialty products sales such as Eco bond, PUR, PUR FR, Hot melt, D3 Glue SWR-Super, UF Glue etc.
Driving Flooring and Wall paper sales- conducting site trials
Keeping track on future and on-going projects for both segments.
Bachelors Degree required
. Work Experience 4 6 years in Construction Chemicals / Paint Industry
