Job Description

Scope of work:
Provide general budget department with the required support:-
- Strategic plan requirements for the next mid-term cycle. (KPI, reporting,
analysis,)
- Review and support requirements to implement updated processes related to capital allocation and expenditure.
- Support to enhance PPP budget requirements related to processes, monitoring and reporting methodologies.
- Review and analysis of budget proposals and identify risks associated to the general budget.
- Provide the support on analyzing the financial impact for new projects/requests.
- To provide analyses and review on the implementation of the federal budgets optimization strategy:-
- Review of regulation and conflicting polices related to manpower
optimization (part time, early retirement, golden handshake etc.)
- Develop action plan of implementation of tools based upon the recommendation provided in the studies conducted by MoF.
- Monitoring and reporting progress of implementation results.
- Conducting analysis related to variations between planned and actual results.
- Gap analyses of original scope/ plan vs restructuring announcements.
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Economics
