Summary
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is looking for an energetic and passionate Assistant Manager - Events Operations, who will drive the Events team to deliver unparalleled experiences across the hotel's multi faceted events spaces.
This meticulous and proactive individual will assist in overseeing all facets of the events operation, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, bringing to life extra ordinary events through hands on leadership with strong people management, communications and organizational skills.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who have experience in a similar role in a 5* luxury hotel & iconic event setting and display strong traits in the following areas:
.Strong operational skills with a proven track record in luxury high volume events and outdoor catering operations
. An inspirational, caring and engaging team memeber with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
. An instinctive eye for detail and a very keen passion for customer service
. Impeccable presentation, exceptional relationship management and superior communication abilities
. A relentless and infectious passion for training and hands on operational work
. A sound pre opening experience in large event operations would be advantageous
. An Arabic speaker is preferred for this role
