Summary :
As an Assistant Manager - Front Office, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.  
The Assistant Manager - Front Office is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the department as a successful department, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in line with Hotel standards, through planning, organizing, directing and controlling the Front Office operations and its administration.
Qualifications :
The potential candidate will ideally have:
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager or  Team Leader - Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel.
  • Well developed communication and customer relations skills.

Please note that due to government restrictions, candidates who are currently residing in Kuwait on a transferable work visa will only be considered.
