Takes the full ownership of one large project or 3-4 medium projects concurrently
• • Structures the full scope of the project and defines the project’s specific framework and methodologies to be used
• • Manages the project plan, deliverables, resources and budget throughout the project
• • Actively manages the client relationship during the project to ensure high client satisfaction
• • Identifies and analyses root cause problems & potential opportunities of client’s business
• • Derives business insight, conclusions and solid recommendations to address client’s issues
• • Leads the project team by ensuring quality and on-time delivery
• • Manages and develops team members according to career plans by providing insight and coaching
• • Manages key client communications
