Job Description

  • Responsible for Ericson, Ciena NMS disconnection reporting and trouble shooting.
  • Responsible for network monitoring.
  • Responsible for guiding field engineer make trouble shooting.
  • Responsible for the help-desk for Customer, such as receiving complain, replying to questions, distributing problems, problem tracing and etc.
  • Cooperate for external alarm testing (both telecom, OSP and civil part) from NOC side.
  • Responsible for daily/monthly service interruption, troubleshooting records and faults reports to surveillance team leader.
  • 7*24*365 on call.
  • Report to the FO Manager and BO Manager.
