Job Description



  • In charge of management control of Ericson, Ciena, Keymile, ESRI equipments with in contractual scope in timely and effective manner.
  • In Charge of arranging and applying resources in the project.
  • Responsible for quality of Managed Service Operations.
  • In charge of regular follow-up with customer & team in order to achieve service delivery targets.
  • Responsible for reporting to customer & Huawei.
  • Organize the preventive maintenance work before the beginning of each month.
  • Send the preventive maintenance reports to the team & customer.
  • Issue the individual resource, vehicles resource and spare parts resource to ensure the trouble can be fixed at the first time.
  • Participate in the MS management issue meetings and related follow-up.
  • Deliver the task to the team.
  • Answer the request between Huawei and customer office.
  • Verify/approve/Coordinate all change-request to the system configuration detail and coordinate network change.
  • Monitor and evaluate network documentation.
  • Escalation of Problems to relevant parties.
  • Tracking of Progress & report.
