Job Description



Our client is a leading provider of Telematics Solutions, LBS, and M2M in the Gulf region.

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to have an individual responsibility toimprove the company's market position and achieve financial growth through telematics opportunities in the market. This role also helps build brand awareness and provides strategic market insight to the business leadership team.

Description:

Deliver against all business sales revenue and profit targets for telematics products
  • Support the Sales Manager in sales plan, market insights, targets, and sales performance so that profitability, growth, and revenue targets are met or exceeded
  • Manage all incoming leads through practicing consultative and assumptive selling techniques
  • Support in implementing the sales strategies to target tracking and telematics opportunities
  • Work closely with the credit and collections team to minimize debt and fraud
  • Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual customers in a position to understand service requirements
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers and planning and organizing sales call schedules.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Conduct market research to understand the offering better and positioning understanding of our products and services
  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.


Brand Managementwithin Local Corporate Community
  • Promote the brand by maintaining and developing the corporate image and reputation, whilst protecting and developing the company's brands via suitable PR activities online and off-line
  • Support the marketing function in all events and PR activities
  • Become actively integrated with key local networking groups


Time & Task Management
  • Maintain and update a precise sales tracker on leads and conversions
  • Maintain and submit all relevant reports as required by the Line Manager on a periodic basis
  • Maintain and submit a renewals tracker of all existing accounts on a monthly basis
  • Attend all assigned online and classroom-based training on a periodical basis
  • Prepare and present a periodical sales report on the sales activities conducted, to the Sales Manager
  • Timely record sales meetings and updates in ERP


Requirements

The successful candidates will have the following:

  • Evidence of proven prospect database development and sales achievements
  • Excellent relationship skills
  • Business Business consultative sales skills
  • Previous exposure to high profile individuals or blue-chip organizations
  • Evidence of sales through decision-makers
  • Planning, organizing, and ability to balance multiple demands
  • Team player with evidence of building cross-business support
  • Target oriented and driven to exceed demanding challenges
  • Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors

You will also have the following:
  • Strong English communication skills reading, writing, and speaking
  • Preferably educated to degree or equivalent level
  • Arabic communication, writing, and reading is mandatory
  • Sales and Business Development background
  • Fleet operations background
  • Applied knowledge of MS Office
