Job Description

We are looking for full-time Showroom Manager for Building Materials with a minimum experience of 10 years. RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To meet the Business Plan for the Showroom.
• To provide leadership to the in-store sales, customer care, and support team.
• Review and monitor the performance of the in-store sales and customer personnel.
• To ensure and monitor pro-active and responsive customer follow-up.
• To ensure compliance to the Standards Manual always.
• To allocate manpower, monitor their work schedules, and management of working hours.
• To ensure store hygiene, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• To compile and close accounts and cash as per the SOPs.
• Ensuring that Showroom IT Systems are functional always.
• Assisting the teams in closing deals.
• Coordination with the distributor sales team to invite their contacts and possible leads to visit the Showroom.
• Ensuring that external signage are active during the pre-determined timings.
• Customer complaints redressal.
• Ensure total customer experience at all times in the Showroom.
