Job Description

Management Duties:
Responsible and accountable for eliciting, analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the real needs of the project stakeholders,
Decompose high-level business and user requirements into functional and non-functional requirements.
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, business analysis, competitive product analysis, task, and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
Defining specifications and business requirements.
Carrying out requirements feasibility studies of proposals and making recommendations.
Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Prepares analytical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Analysis Duties:
Help design, document and maintain system processes.
Provide a suitable solution by studying system capabilities; analyzing requirements and writing specifications.
Improves systems by studying current practices; managing modifications and control change requirements.
Represent requirements using alternative views, such as data models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios, where appropriate.

Entity relationship diagram
Write business and system requirements specifications.
Communication and Soft Skills Duties:
Own and develop the relationship with customers, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration.
Identify project stakeholders and user classes, document user class characteristics, Use Stakeholders Analysis.
Manage the project stakeholders, including customers and end users across multiple domains.
Create Impact Analysis and track changes, help in the Risk Analysis.
Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation; providing help desk support; training users.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis
Strong knowledge in Business analyzing Portal Solutions (SharePoint) and all its components such as (ASP.NET, SharePoint administration, SharePoint development,, C#, etc.).
Strong knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems as Oracle ERP is a plus.
General knowledge of DBMSs is a plus.
Proven work experience in software development life cycle.
Bachelor degree as a minimum in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology discipline.
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is Preferred.
Clear understanding and practical implementing of Agile Methodology.
Understanding Product Owner Roles in an Agile environment.
General Consulting Skills, Software Architecture.
Strong documentation skills.
Excellent spoken and written English
