About the Job:
We are currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst for Al-Futtaim Motors (AFM). You will provide front line support staff with systems solutions, ensure master data is up to date to facilitate smooth frontline operations. You will review of processes with an intention to make business easier and faster (Operations and Systems).
Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
. Daily assistance to all branches aftersales staff by answering their queries and resolving their system related issues within 48 hours such as invoice reversal, special and Staff Discount activation in order, Odometer correction, Package and split deletion in order, Parts update in fixed price package, Time clocking Issue rectification, Job scheduling issue rectification and amongst others
. Liaise with other counterparts of the company from Aftersales, Finance & EIT to get information / help to resolve issues within timeline set.
. Verifying model service code/LV main type for new create vehicle material and raise with concern team.
. Pricing error and accounting interface billing liaise with concern branch and AFSS.
. Regularly maintain specific work packages in SAP system for Aftersales System.
. Create Standard PDI packages for TY/LX all model sales codes
. Create PPO packages for TY/LX all model sales codes
. Create Accessories packages (Rust proof, Diamond bright, Emirates transport oil filter, Speed Limiter) for requested model sales codes.
. Revised existing packages, change new part in the package, update price in the package, temporary part change in package master
. Support special marketing campaigns & accessory related packages in Aftersales system
. Ensure to upload Service Advisor shifts schedules & Technicians work schedules in the system for smooth appointment booking and technician time clocking
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree 3 years of relevant experience & exposure in analytical profile. You will have excellent knowledge in MS Office, particularly in Excel, presentation and database management. You should be able to multi task and manage deadlines, a team player and work without supervision. You should be able to communicate effectively to both upward and downward structure, working familiarity with SAP Auto, FastTrack and BI will be a definite advantage!
