Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it. The Business Development Executive will provide support to the Middle-East Sales Director based in Dubai. This person will contribute in ensuring high level of collaboration within the Middle-East leadership team as well as with the wider Apple team. The main areas of responsibility will be business development, sales coordination, executive administration and support to the wider sales team.Key Qualifications

Cross Functional and Business Development activities (roughly equivalent to 80% of the job): Act as business support for the Middle-East leadership team Take the lead on driving related projects such as business reviews and high level customer meetings (agenda, planning, preparation, reviews) Prepare and deliver key presentations for internal and external audience Prepare quarterly and annual internal business performance reviews Consolidate and analyze quarterly market data and Apple's market position Help synchronize and respond to EMEIA / WW business queries Schedule and attend meetings with direct reports, Middle-East team as well as key customers (work with Sales leaders to define agenda, speakers, minutes and follow up activities) Support the Middle East Sales leaders in the coordination of their direct reports and in general with other business units (iTunes, R&D, IS&T, etc..) Work on activities related to collaboration and team effectiveness Specific Executive Admin responsibilities include (roughly equivalent to 20% of the job): Diary management for the Middle-East Managing Director Coordinate selected on-site meetings, including room reservations catering, managing speakers and presenters schedules, etc. Support new hires onboarding, including scheduling induction meetings, ordering equipment, phones Accounting tasks: raising purchase requisitions, Apple Use orders, Goods Receipts, creating new vendors, expense reports, etc. Assist visitors from foreign/home office as required Key relationships: Country & RTM Leads Account Managers Finance Planning MarcomEducation & Experience
Master's degree preferred Preferably 5 years of experience in sales/marketing in large multi-national environmentAdditional Requirements
Liaison with IMMEA team on strategic initiatives and report out the outcomes. Relationship with various RTMs Heads and teams. Always try to foster an environment of innovation in every RTM in day to day interactions. Detailed analysis of opportunities in promo related activities with RTM leads. Measure and manage - Promo effectiveness in alignment with finance teams. Establish local reference case stories for strategic initiatives to share with the region and other.
