1. Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
2. Follow up new and existing business opportunities, setting up meetings and having successful presentations.
3. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Prequalify and register the company with leading real estate agencies, developers, leasing agents.
5. Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets in accordance with the business plan.
6. Negotiating and closing commercial agreements.
7. Communicate clearly and work with team to develop proposals and requirements for the client.
8. Manage clients expectations through liaison with internal departments, keeping clients updated on project developments and building sustainable long term business relationships.
9. Coordinate and follow with teammates to meet the agreed time-frames.
10. Liaising with PM's to ensure all necessary steps are being taken to secure payments.
11. Follow up receivables of own project sales.
