Job Description

  • Make announcements in English and Arabic and pages the relevant person the visitor or co-workers asked to see
  • Operates the switchboard in a professional maner
  • Ateends the calls and queries promptly and courteously.
  • Operates the store paging and music system
  • Ensures awarness of all emergencies and evacuation procedures and list codes
  • Deals with internal operator isssues
  • Handles routine customer complaint promptly and courteously
  • Briefs the Duty Manager on complaints that require management assistance
  • Ensures all customers queries are attended to in a professional manner
  • Compiles and supports FAQ details for ease of use
  • Improving customer service in the store and answering customers queries

  • Minimum of high school qualification
  • Proficient in Arabic and English (written & spoken)
  • 2 years experience in similar role
