About the Client:
The hiring company is one of the leading FMCG companies in the UAE.
Job Role:
Prepare annual marketing plan and budget and gain approval from the HOD and from the management to meet the agreed sales targets and in line with the overall brand and category strategy. Personal effort to explore new major account and achieve one in every quarter.
Manage and monitor the allocated marketing budget across activities and initiatives and ensure that spending is within the approved budget and in line with sales achievements
Initiate, lead, and liaise with internal departments, advertising, and creative agencies to develop specific projects such as new product development, new packaging, advertising campaigns, consumer promotions.
Liaise with research providers to get the required market data and consumer insights that help in the decision making about brand positioning, new market entry, new product launches, etc.
Work with Business Development and Finance on pricing
Market research to commission product category
Open to Arabic nationals
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant field
At least 5 years experience in brand launches; 2 years of which as a Marketing Manager in the UAE
Required experience in handling edible oils and fats
Solid knowledge in sales and operations is a must
Experience in using Nielsen Interactive is an advantage
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
